Honor and Memorial 2017

When we look back at our lives and consider how we will be remembered, our first thought is usually about our relationships with friends and family that we have invested in over the years. We wonder what impact our lives have had on those we have encountered during our lifetime.

In the same way, my first thought about the Eagle Ranch program is how its influence continues beyond the boys and girls who live here for a season. Time after time, I hear our graduates emphasize that what they learned at the Ranch is being taught to their own children and how those children will, in turn, parent their children. The impact of what happens here in one child’s life never stops with that child; it continues throughout generations.
