Wade is the Senior Director of Programs and oversees all aspects of Eagle Ranch’s therapeutic program: residential life, counseling, spiritual life, and education. Wade graduated from Auburn University in 1988 with a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and has since earned two post-graduate degrees from Georgia State University in Educational Leadership. Prior to his current role, Wade served as the Director of Education at Eagle Ranch for thirteen years and most recently served as the principal of Chestnut Mountain Elementary school for the past six years. He and his wife are licensed foster parents and have served in this capacity since 1996. Wade has over thirty years of experience in private and public education as a teacher, coach, assistant principal, and principal.
