A CPA with more than 25 years accounting and management consulting experience Tim works
closely with business owners, CEOs, CFOs and is able to translate his in-depth understanding of the issues facing management into practical recommendations to improve financial and operational performance. Tim is able to connect with multiple disciplines within a company to affect change and works closely with private equity funds, investors and the banking/finance community providing an extensive array of transaction related due diligence and consulting services.
Prior to joining Moore Colson in 1985, Tim started his business his career at KPMG working
principally with closely held businesses, then in the middle market lending group of Citizens & Southern National Bank during graduate school.
Tim previous served on the board and finance committee of Eagle Ranch (1998-2003) as well as the board of Buckhead Christian Ministries. He currently serves on the Northside United Methodist Church Missions Committee and is a youth ministry and Metro Atlanta Project volunteer.
Tim is a graduate of The University of Alabama and earned his MBA from Owen Graduate School of Management, Vanderbilt University. He and his wife Leigh Ann have three children and live in Atlanta.
