I was born and raised in Arkansas where I attended Henderson State University. I graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education. During the course of my time in college, my relationship with Christ grew tremendously and I accepted the call into ministry.
Upon graduation, I worked for 7 years as a youth pastor in North Little Rock, AR before moving to Washington where I worked for two years as the History and Bible teacher at Cornerstone Christian School. I also spent 14 years as the Youth Pastor at Sunbreak Baptist Church.
My passion is working with students and helping them achieve their fullest potential, as well as helping them know and understand how a relationship with Christ impacts every aspect of their lives.
I have been married for 25 years to my wife Tifaney. We have one daughter, Haven, who is 8 years old.
