Femke Côté

As the Director of Human Resources, Femke supports the Ranch’s strategic objectives by planning, directing, and implementing policies for all areas of the Human Resources function, including staffing, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations and compliance. Prior to coming to Eagle Ranch, Femke spent nine years working in independent schools as a teacher and administrator. She also holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in history from Georgia College & State University.
