Cindy and her husband, Bruce, began working for Eagle Ranch over 35 years ago. While Bruce served as a counselor, Cindy became the first Intake Counselor for Eagle Ranch. When Cindy’s children were born, she left temporarily to care for her kids. She then returned to Eagle Ranch part-time to assist with “first calls” with potential families. A year later, Cindy moved into a full-time role as Case Manager. As she continues her duties as Case Manager, Cindy’s goal is to assist staff with State of Georgia documentation and program requirements, so that the State of Georgia can clearly see what a tremendous job our staff is doing with children and families.
