Equine Program: Building Relationships
The Eagle Ranch equine program is designed to help boys and girls learn relationship and leadership skills through working with horses. Eagle Ranch Equine Program Manager Kate St. Clair discusses how horses are helping children learn about the foundation of all relationships: trust.
How Hiring a Male Program Assistant
Eagle Ranch is now hiring a male Program Assistant to work in our boys’ program. Program Assistants are recent college graduates who support the Eagle Ranch program by serving in a 2-year, paid residential position.
Individuals in our Residency Program partner with houseparents and other staff members to provide care for up to seven children going through a crisis. They help create a safe, stable environment where children can work on their issues and practice new behaviors. To learn more about this opportunity, click here.
Celebration 2018 Newsletter
Although graduation represents something different for each family, there is one thing true for all: their children are returning home. For Eagle Ranch, graduation means a child and family have met their goals and possess the skills and tools they need to successfully navigate future difficulties with increased resilience. Families cited love and support as the most important things they received during their child’s season at Eagle Ranch. Read about each child’s journey in our 2018 Celebration Newsletter: click here.
