Am I Qualified to Become a Houseparent?
We are looking for married couples who desire to work together to invest in the lives of children and families in crisis. Eagle Ranch provides full training and support to become a Houseparent, so no prior experience is necessary. Our ideal Houseparents have:
- A passion to work with children and their families
- A calling to work in ministry with their spouse (must be married for at least 3 years and have no more than 2 children living at home)
- A heart for God, a willingness to be open and honest in relationships, and a desire to grow and be challenged
