Accounting Assistant

Eagle Ranch is now hiring an Accounting Assistant.

Eagle Ranch is hiring a part-time accounting assistant (20 hours/week) to join our team. We are looking for an energetic, experienced assistant to support the day-to-day financial operations, data entry and bookkeeping of our non-profit organization.

The Accounting Assistant is integral to our Finance team working alongside a group who is focused on promoting exceptional accounting, reporting and analysis.

  1. Christian. Attends church regularly.
  2. Good character, health and emotional stability.
  3. Self-motivated.
  4. Self-sufficient accounting assistant from a technical and work ethic standpoint.
  5. Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  6. Team player.
  7. Flexible.


  1. High School degree required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferable.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in clerical accounting or accounts payable required; more experience preferred.
  3. Understanding of accounts payable and cash receipting is required.
  4. Basic understanding of accounting.
  5. Solid experience in accounting areas.
  6. Strong organizational skills.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication, especially as it relates to financial matters and notes accompanying financial statements for records.
  8. Able to use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and database programs.
  9. Able to use adding machines.
  10. Willing to perform other duties as assigned.
