Help Celebrate 25 Years of New Beginnings for Children
Chestnut Mountain, Ga. (Oct. 13, 2010) – Eagle Ranch, a Christian home for children in crisis, is hosting its annual Fall Open House on Sunday, October 24, 2-5 p.m.
This year’s event will include a look at the Ranch’s 6 boys’ homes and 4 girls’ homes, school, athletic facilities, administration/counseling center, lodge and chapel. During their tour, visitors will get a chance to meet and interact with the Ranch staff and children.
The Ranch staff will provide guests with campus maps upon arrival, and visitors may leisurely explore the grounds on foot or in their own vehicles. Children and house parents who live in the Ranch homes will give tours and offer refreshments.
“We are celebrating our 25th anniversary, so this year’s Open House is particularly special,” said Eddie Staub, Founder and Executive Director. “This is the one event we hold that really gives our supporters and friends an opportunity to see all aspects of our program. It’s also a great time of year to enjoy the natural beauty of the Ranch.”
The annual Open House offers an informal visit to the Ranch that typically draws neighbors, church groups, and other supporters. It is free and everyone is welcome.
