Jim began his career by serving in the Army at Aberdeen Proving Ground as an Ordnance officer, then joined Procter and Gamble in 1959. During his 35 year experience, Jim held positions of increasing responsibility culminating with the position of Manager, Human Resources in the Southeastern area of the United States. After retiring from P&G in 1994, Jim joined what is now Triaxia Partners where he currently holds the position of Chairman of the Board. Over the years, Jim has served in different ways within Christian organizations to encourage leadership, healthy strategies which assist the organization’s desire to stay on mission and grow in effectiveness and outreach.
Jim attended high school in Atlanta and graduated from Florida State University with a BS in Marketing. He and his wife, June, just celebrated 45 years of marriage. They have eight children and eighteen grandchildren. Today, Jim spends time serving as a Board member with three non-profit organizations, including Eagle Ranch, as well as coaching a variety of community leaders.
